Our Story, Mission & Vision
Invincible Ladies Foundation was established in 2014 by Pelisa Kene, a visionary leader who recognised the urgent need to uplift women and children in underserved communities across South Africa.
What began as a small community initiative in Khayelitsha, Cape Town has grown into a registered non-profit organisation reaching multiple communities through education, mentorship, health programmes, and economic empowerment.
We believe that when women are empowered, entire families and communities thrive. Our work is rooted in the conviction that every woman and child deserves dignity, opportunity, and a future filled with hope.
To empower women and children through education, leadership development, health and wellness initiatives, humanitarian support, mentorship, advocacy, and sustainable community development programmes that create lasting change.
A South Africa where every woman and child has access to quality education, healthcare, economic opportunities, and the support they need to reach their full potential — building stronger, self-sustaining communities for generations to come.
We lead with empathy, understanding the unique challenges faced by women and children in our communities.
We believe in the power of collective action and building networks of support that uplift everyone.
We equip women and children with skills, resources, and confidence to shape their own futures.
We operate with transparency, accountability, and ethical standards in everything we do.
We design programmes that create long-term impact and self-sustaining community growth.
We strive for the highest quality in our programmes, services, and community engagement.
